These terms govern your use of Capital Fluere ("the service"), operated by FLUERE TERMINAL LTD ("we", "us"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17324799, with its registered office at 37 Newton Road, Lewes, England, BN7 2SH. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Capital Fluere is a web-based financial terminal providing market data, news, analytics and quantitative tools on a subscription basis. It also includes a member community: chat channels, group chats, direct messages, member profiles and member-written Dispatches articles. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the service.
The service is provided on one of two recurring plans, billed through Stripe: 4.99 per month or 49.99 per year, the same figure in pounds, euros and dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The 14-day free trial applies to the monthly plan only; the annual plan is charged in full when you subscribe.
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include any VAT, sales tax or equivalent we are required to charge based on your location. The figure shown is the figure you pay; nothing is added at checkout.
New monthly accounts start on a 14-day free trial. Card details are taken at sign-up and the first payment is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. The annual plan has no trial: it is charged in full at sign-up and renews once a year. From time to time we offer a promotional first month at no charge through an invitation link; where we do, no card is taken up front and access simply lapses at the end of the free month unless you subscribe. Whichever applies to you is stated on the sign-up page before you confirm.
You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
Cancelling and closing your account are two different things. Cancelling leaves the account open and the terminal working until the period you have paid for runs out. Closing your account, from Settings and then Account in the terminal, ends the subscription immediately and deletes your data, so any part of the period already paid for is forfeited. If you want the rest of what you have paid for, cancel rather than close, and close the account when the period ends.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to break security, scrape or resell data, share your account, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for your password and for anything done through your account. We offer optional two-factor authentication using an authenticator app, and we recommend turning it on. If you do, keep your recovery codes somewhere safe: they are the only way back in if you lose your phone, and we cannot read them back to you or restore them for you.
The chat, groups, direct messages, profiles and Dispatches are shared spaces. In them you must not:
Harmful language is blocked automatically. Each breach is a strike, and three strikes suspends you from the community for 30 days. We can also remove content, remove a profile picture, reset a handle, or suspend or close an account where these rules are broken. A suspension from the community does not entitle you to a refund of your subscription.
You keep ownership of everything you post: messages, your profile picture, your bio, your positions and your dispatches. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display that content to other members, for as long as it is on the service and only in order to run it. You confirm that you have the right to grant that licence for anything you upload, and in particular that you own or are licensed to use any profile picture you set.
Content posted by other members is theirs, not ours. We do not endorse it and we do not check it before it appears. If you see something that breaks these rules, email us at contact@capitalfluere.com.
Chat is not a permanent archive. Channels and conversations keep roughly the last 12 months of messages and older ones are deleted permanently. Do not use the service as the only copy of anything you need.
Every channel exists in an English and a German version. They are separate rooms and messages do not pass between them. You pick which set you are in when you first open chat and can change it in the chat settings. Messages are not machine translated; that feature was removed on 27 August 2026.
The service is for information and educational purposes only. Nothing in it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Any decisions you make are your own and at your own risk. Trading carries a high risk of loss.
This applies with equal force to anything other members post. Messages, dispatches and the positions members record on their profiles are their own opinions and their own claims. We do not verify that a member holds a position they have recorded, or that anything they say is true. Treat it as conversation, not as a recommendation.
Market data and other content are sourced from third parties and provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
Some panels embed third-party video, including live cameras and rolling news channels played through YouTube. We do not operate, edit, endorse or verify those streams, and they may stop, change or show something we did not expect. Playing them is subject to YouTube's own terms.
Conflict alert panels draw on unofficial community aggregators of publicly broadcast air raid and siren information. They are for awareness only. They are not an emergency warning system, they are not complete, they can be delayed or wrong, and you must never rely on them for anyone's safety. Always follow the official civil defence authority where you are.
The service, its design and its software are owned by us. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it while subscribed. Your own content stays yours, on the terms in section 6b.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or the community rules. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling and closing your account. On closure we remove your profile, picture and saved content; messages already delivered to other members in shared conversations may remain until they age out of the message window.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
