1. Who we are

Capital Fluere ("we", "us") operates the financial terminal at capitalfluere.com. For the purposes of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR (DSGVO), the data controller is Ned Neylon, 118 South Street, Lewes, BN7 2BS, United Kingdom. You can contact us about privacy at nedneylon@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, and a stored authentication session so you can stay logged in.
• Payment data: your subscription is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; Stripe handles them. We receive limited billing information such as your country and payment status.
• Content you create: notes, diary entries, watchlists and similar data you save in the terminal.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and basic logs generated when you use the service, used for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To provide the service (logging you in, saving your data, taking payment): performance of our contract with you.
• To keep the service secure and working (logging, fraud and abuse prevention): our legitimate interests.
• To send service emails (account, billing, login): performance of our contract.
• Any optional cookies or marketing: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. This does not require consent. Our home page can load a third-party market ticker from TradingView, which may set its own cookies. This is not essential, so it does not load until you accept it through our cookie banner. If you reject, the ticker is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookies" link in the footer.

5. Who we share data with

We use a small number of processors to run the service. They act on our instructions:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and data storage.
• Resend — sending account and service emails.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and content data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. VAT and payment records are kept for the periods required by law.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email nedneylon@gmail.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU it is the data protection authority in your country.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date shows when it last changed, and continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
